Immediate Joiners only Role Overview The Senior ServiceNow Developer (TSM & OMT) is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting telecom-specific solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, strong domain knowledge of telecommunications workflows, and leadership in guiding end-to-end implementations. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Development Configure and customize ServiceNow TSM ,OMT ,CPQ modules. Build telecom order flows, product catalogs, and service models. Develop workflows, client/server scripts, and integrations (REST/SOAP). Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
