About the Role

We’re expanding our ServiceNow capabilities and are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Administrator / Support Specialist to join our team. This will be based in Alabang Muntinlupa City. In this role, you’ll support and enhance our ITSM and HRSD modules while helping key business teams streamline processes and deliver great employee experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle and resolve incidents, service requests, and HR cases
