Opportunity Description
Purpose and Scope:
The Service Person functions as key member of a multi-skilled team to safely and effectively maintain assigned facility infrastructure equipment. The Service Person provides a professional service in the execution of technical repair & maintenance of all assigned facility infrastructure equipment. This includes elements of planning, organization, coordination, scheduling, training, and resource management associated with the day-to-day maintenance of the facility.
The Service Person performs maintenance service or repairs in two or more skill areas including plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering and electrical repair/installation under supervision. This includes, but is not limited to, maintenance of Evaporative Coolers and blower units, pumps, weekly maintenance tasks on fixed and mobile plant & safety inspections.
