This role is accountable for providing support to control and digitalization customers in Mexico, reporting to SE GS LA CD SO SE service management.
It is embedded within an organization committed to delivering best-in-class service to clients operating Siemens Energy's Omnivise T**** distributed control systems, as well as excitation and protection systems.
The position demands a high level of accountability and the ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects involving both internal stakeholders and external customers.
Strong technical acumen is required to accurately assess customer needs and deliver timely, preliminary guidance on potential solutions.
Additionally, the role calls for a high degree of professionalism and the capacity to maintain constructive, solution-oriented communication, even in complex or high-pressure client situations.
