Our client, a leader in service quality and operational excellence, is seeking a Service Quality Specialist to join their team. As a Service Quality Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Service Quality Specialist

**Location:** San Antonio, TX

**Pay Range:** $19hr

**Shift:** Hybrid -Days (40 hour) Mon- Thursday on Site/ Friday from home
7am- 4:30pm
