Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our generator field service organization as a Service Quote Specialist. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to develop quotes to achieve optimum profit levels on repair jobs related to commercial engines, including marine, industrial, and generator sets. You will provide quick and professional responses to customer inquiries, update CRM software, and ensure leads are promptly communicated to the appropriate sales rep. Additionally, you will research technical aspects of repair jobs, assist with the sale of Extended Warranty Agreements, and maintain accurate records for sales-related activities and engine service data.
