Opportunity Description
SUMMARY The Service Support Executive provides administrative and operational support to the Service team to ensure smooth coordination of maintenance, repairs, installations, and excellent customer service for scientific equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare service quotations, contracts, and related documentation Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown calls, and service requests Follow up on service jobs to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction Generate reports and maintain accurate service records and databases Liaise with customers, service engineers, vendors, and principals on service matters Support spare parts ordering, inventory tracking, and warranty administration Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and service documentation Leverage SAP/SAGE systems, when applicable, to support service operations and inventory management Collaborate effectively within the team to achieve operational goals Maintain meticulous organiza...
