What you’ll do

• Provide first‑level remote, and periodically onsite, technical troubleshooting for turbine issues to services teams within scope and escalating or redirecting to the appropriate technical specialists when required, ensuring commissioning timelines related to turbine controller.
• Create and manage technical cases, work orders, and Non‑Conformities (NCs) for instructions updates, tools updates, troubleshooting guides updates, or customer technical queries in line with project and quality processes.
