ServiceNow Assistant Manager (CSM)

Job Summary

The Jr. Lead Consultant serves as a technical and functional leader, managing delivery teams and overseeing architecture for ServiceNow solutions across GRC/IRM, SecOps/TPRM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and AI/automation capabilities. This role manages complex delivery programs and ensures alignment with global stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of multi-module ServiceNow solutions across global clients.
• Manage teams of 10–20 consultants, developers, and architects.
• Drive architecture across GRC/IRM, SecOps, CSM, HRSD, ITOM/Discovery, ITAM/HAM/SAM, and CMDB.
• Oversee technical design reviews, code reviews, and adherence to development standards.
• Implement AI/GenAI features including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent.
