Description and Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with up to two years of experience who are eager to build expertise in the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to gather requirements, support implementation efforts, and help optimize business processes through ServiceNow solutions. This position will be hybrid based in our Mexico City office and will support customers across North America and Latin America.Key Responsibilities

 Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements

 Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories

 Support configuration and customization efforts within the ServiceNow platform under guidance from senior team members
