ServiceNow Consultant- Non ITSM (HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB)

Job Requirements:

• Overall 5-8 years hands-on experience in testing ServiceNow applications
• Good knowledge on ServiceNow product as well as ITSM/ITAM/HRSD/CMDB/ITOM process to perform end to end functional testing
• Experience in any of Test automation tool other than ATF
• Strong knowledge in Testing techniques, Strong in manual testing, Good in Test management tools, Ability to develop and execute test scripts with minimal supervision.
• Good understanding of the SDLC
• Excellent understanding of the Test lifecycle
• Good understanding on Defect management process
• Collaborate with any other support or dependency groups during Test creation/Test execution/defects tracking
• Create knowledge base as appropriate
• Participate/Conduct Defect triage calls with appropriate details
• Ability to understand the big picture of the project scope or the application
