Abou the role: We’re looking for a ServiceNow Professional to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in large-scale implementations while contributing to the growth of a global, market-leading practice.
Work Setup: Hybrid (2x a week RTO)
Work Shift: Flexible/ Rotational Shift
Work Location: Taguig or Cebu
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize ServiceNow (workflows, UI actions, client scripts, business rules)
- Build service request fulfillment workflows and process automations
- Perform integrations (Web Services, SOAP, Orchestration)
- Develop dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics solutions
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Execute system and integration testing
