ServiceNow Developer Lead

Location: Onsite (UAE). Engagement Duration: 12 months. Engagement Type: Fixed-term programme delivery.

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to act as the technical lead for platform configuration across a complex multi‑module transformation programme. The Lead Developer owns complex workflow design, module architecture and upgrade‑safe configuration standards, overseeing mid‑level developers and ensuring technical quality across all build activities.

• Serve as technical lead for all platform configuration activities across ITSM, ITAM, HRSD and CMDB modules.
• Design and build complex workflows, automation rules and Flow Designer processes aligned to approved architecture.
• Lead Service Catalog design and fulfilment workflow implementation across defined complexity tiers.
