Lead end-to-end architecture and solutioning on the Service Now platform
Partner with CIOs, business leaders, and key stakeholders to shape vision, roadmap, and transformation strategy
Drive solution design across ITSM, HRSD, and SAM Pro, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Provide thought leadership and advisory on Service Now best practices and industry trends
