Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM/GRC Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow Platform Development, CMDB, ITSM, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC/IRM) implementations.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise ServiceNow solutions focused on risk management, compliance, governance, cybersecurity controls, and process automation.
Key Responsibilities ServiceNow Platform Development

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Customize forms, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and workflows.
• Develop integrations with external systems.
• Create compliance dashboards and reporting solutions.
  

ServiceNow CMDB

• Manage CMDB lifecycle and governance.
• Configure CI classes and relationships.
• Maintain CMDB data quality.
