Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
- Integrate Discovery and Service Mapping with CMDB to ensure accurate service and configuration data.
- Configure and customize patterns, probes, sensors, and MID Servers .
- Troubleshoot and optimize Service Mapping and Discovery performance .
- Collaborate with technical teams to align ITOM solutions with business and operational needs.
- Support escalation handling and ensure ITOM processes align with Incident, Change, and Problem Management .

- 10+ years IT experience with 8+ years in ServiceNow and 5+ years in ITOM .
