- Day-to-day ServiceNow platform administration and support
- Manage access, security, data, integrations, and environments
- Provide L2/L3 support including end-user engagement and call handling

- Maintain runbooks, documentation, and monitoring practices
- Support handover, knowledge transfer, and testing activities
- Provide reporting, insights, and continuous improvement recommendations
