Role Overview
We are seeking a Service Now Technical Team Member to support configuration, development, integrations, and technical delivery across Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management implementations. This role is intended for a technical resource who can contribute hands on to delivery while working under the guidance of senior technical leaders and solution architects.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience supporting HAM or SAM on the Service Now platform. Candidates with experience across both HAM and SAM are strongly preferred.
This role requires strong technical fundamentals, dependable execution, and the ability to help build scalable, upgrade safe solutions.
