**Job Title: Service/Repair Technician**
**Job Description**
Technicians are responsible for servicing a variety of restaurant equipment including beverage machines, non-carbonated dispensers, fountain beverage equipment, ice makers, and juice dispensers. This role requires minimal supervision and attendance at weekly service center meetings. Technicians will be provided with a vehicle, uniforms, tools, cell phone, and gas card.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive and respond to dispatched service calls promptly, adhering to the estimated time of arrival.
+ Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair service issues.
+ Ensure quality control by checking syrup levels, changing flavors, and cleaning machines.
+ Maintain inventory and perform maintenance on parts, tools, and vehicles.
+ Document all work performed and finalize activities upon completion.
+ Ensure point of sale material is current.
