Services Coordinator (Health & Wellbeing)

As the Services Coordinator (Health & Wellbeing), you will work with the Programme Manager on the design, delivery, and evaluation of targeted initiatives that promote physical, mental, and social wellbeing across Pembrokeshire. This role is pivotal to the Economic Inactivity Trailblazer, focusing on developing one‑to‑one and group‑based programmes designed to improve individuals’ ability to manage their health and reduce its impact on their capacity to work.

You will provide strength‑based support, organising and ensuring the delivery of structured interventions, identifying the needs, aspirations, and challenges of residents to foster sustainable improvements.
