Title: SERVICES SPECIALIST Location: United States-Virginia-Virginia Beach Job Number: 260001ZI Job Summary: Serves as NEXCOM Services Specialist with enterprise responsibility for one or more Services businesses, i.e., optical, flower shop, video rental, laundry, dry cleaning, barbers, beauticians, tailoring, automotive, gas, and/or other services functions. Duties and Responsibilities: - Develops and assists in the implementation of policies, standard operating procedures, technical directives, and programs applicable to assigned direct and concessionaire-operated services activities. - Collaborates with LP to write operational reviews (APIS), review situations that can be deemed high risk, and adjust policies to mitigate the risk. - Prepares substantive briefings on current and/or proposed programs for All Hands meetings, EXCOM briefs, DVP conferences, etc. - Creates and develops Business Plans for the areas of responsibility along with timelines on implementation of new progr...
