• Travel worldwide to install, commission, and maintain advanced RFID systems
• Engage directly with clients, capturing needs, troubleshooting, and crafting tailored solutions
• Collaborate closely with internal hardware and software teams
• Deliver hands-on training and act as a trusted technical advisor
• Document insights and bring field intelligence back into innovation cycles
