Setter/ Operator Welder Fabricator- Days Accrofab Alcester Production - Shop Floor

We have a vacancy within our Manufacturing Department and are currently recruiting for the role of Setter/ Operator - Welder Fabricator. We are looking for candidates who have relevant and proven experience seeking an opportunity to develop their skills and join a growing Organisation.

Shift Pattern

39 hours each week, 07:30 - 16:30 Monday to Friday, and 07:30 - 12:30 on a Friday, with designated breaks.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities specific to the role

• Manual TIG welding and fabrication of components to company and customer specification.
• Understanding of and safe use of air tools and hand tools
• Read and understand welding symbols as detailed on WPS and Engineering Drawings
• Ability to correctly set components to casting to suit customer specifications
• Set up machines with the required work holding and tooling in accordance with relevant procedures.
