Settlement Officer

Key Responsibilities: Process loan drawdowns, repayments, interest payments, and rollovers in accordance with loan agreements. Verify loan terms, funding instructions, and settlement details prior to execution. Coordinate with borrowers, agents, counterparties, and custodians to facilitate timely settlements. Monitor cash funding requirements and ensure sufficient liquidity for loan disbursements. Investigate and resolve settlement discrepancies, payment delays, and reconciliation breaks. Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure completeness of supporting documentation. Perform daily reconciliations of loan positions, cash movements, and interest accruals. Ensure compliance with internal policies, credit terms, and regulatory requirements. Support audit requests and regulatory reporting related to loan operations.
