Setup Machinist - Mazak / Swiss West Chester, PA Hourly Rate: $27.00-$35.00 Shifts: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts (Weekend and split shift options potentially available) Responsibilities: Responsible for running multiple machines simultaneously Set up machines independently using setup sheets Run first piece and confirm part meets print Inspecting parts to tight tolerances and quality standards Following established programs and supporting daily product in a regulated manufacturing environment Operates and supports CNC machines producing high-precision medical device components Responsible for reading blueprints and precision measuring equipment Troubleshoot basic issues and avoid crashes Requirements Experience with Mazak (Integrex, 5-axis) or Star Swiss machines Experience supporting changeovers and production Must be able to read blueprints Must be able to operate multiple machines simultaneously Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Benefits Health Insurance plans including ...
