Opportunity Description
Required Technical / Functional Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across multiple Salesforce cloud platforms.
- 5+ years of experience delivering end-to-end enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Strong expertise in cloud computing strategy, solution architecture, implementation, and management.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce configurations including Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Profiles, Permission Sets, and SSO.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Data Model, Authentication & Authorization, and PII/Data Security.
- Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Service Console, Omni-Channel, Live Agent, and Knowledge Management.
- Expertise in Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, Salesforce Connect, and APIs (Bulk API, Metadata API, Tooling AP...
