SG Lead, LSP Management

You will be part of the SEA Regional Operations team to lead and direct the day-to-day functions and operations of the LSP (local service provider) in charge of supplying labor resources to Lam SEA.

This incumbent will be responsible for planning, organizing and managing the activities related to LSP, including resource planning, job allocation, technical qualification, safety & workmanship.

• Optimize LSP resource allocation to meet Account Teams’ demands for manpower requests
• Participate in weekly meetings with Account Teams
• Work with GFO for loan labor requests
• Ensure timely entry permit process for global regions support related to LSP
• Ensure time entry compliance, achieve planned utilization, track weekly progress on transfer hours, and analyze gaps for improvement actions
