Shadow Teacher

Responsible for providing additional support to students, ensuring their assignments are completed, and creating a conducive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure students deliver all assignments and take home the necessary materials.
• Report to the school psychologist regarding academic achievement, peer relationships, and non‑academic factors when necessary.
• Report to the student's homeroom teacher to identify areas for improvement and develop an action plan.
• Support students who have difficulties completing assignments or who experience distractions in the classroom.
• Commit to safeguarding and promote the welfare of all pupils.
• Complete child protection training as required.
