Job Description
- 負責海外子公司營運績效管理，定期追蹤各據點財務及經營表現。
- 主導預算編製、滾動預測（Forecast）及差異分析，提供管理層決策建議。
- 分析各海外市場營運成果、獲利能力及關鍵營運指標（KPI），推動營運改善計畫。
- 參與海外子公司組織整合及共享服務中心（Shared Service Center）規劃與建置專案。
- 與業務、人資、策略企劃及營運團隊合作，優化集團資源配置與組織效率。
- 參與 ERP 系統導入、流程再造及數位轉型專案，提升跨國管理效能。
- 協助評估新市場發展機會、投資效益及重大營運專案。
- 支援集團資金規劃及海外據點風險管理相關工作。
