• Good knowledge of marination and grilling

• Experience in preparing chicken and beef shawarma, sambusa, burger, and etc
• Knowledge of meat marination and grilling
• Sandwich and sauce preparation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Team player with positive attitude
• Ability to handle daily kitchen preparation
