About the Role
As a SHE Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our operational teams by providing expert guidance, practical solutions and hands‑on support. You will help implement our SHE standards, drive continuous improvement, and embed a culture where safety is front‑of‑mind for every colleague.
You will:
Provide professional SHE advice, support and coaching to managers, supervisors and frontline colleagues.
Support site safety reviews, inspections, audits and specialist SHE investigations.
