Summary This is a National Guard Title 32 Excepted position for a SHEET METAL MECHANIC (AIRCRAFT), Position Description Number PDD0416000, and is part of the SC AASF, South Carolina Army National Guard. Responsibilities This position is located in the Component Repair Shop of an Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF). The purpose of this position is to perform sheet metal maintenance on aircraft and components. Work involves the fabrication, modification, repair, assembly, and installation of sheet metal parts, items, and assemblies. Metals include but are not restricted to galvanized and black iron, aluminum and aluminum alloys, stainless steel, copper, and brass sheets, lead alloys and bronze.
