Yorkshire (Sheffield) Talent Academy – Coaching Opportunities

Based in south Yorkshire, Sheffield Hockey Club (SHC) is an ambitious club that boasts 12 adult sides and over 275 youth athletes.

SHC was awarded the operating license on behalf of England Hockey to deliver the Talent Academy for the Yorkshire region in 2025 and following a highly successful first‑year season of operation we’re now looking to recruit further talented coaches to join our delivery team for the 2026‑27 delivery cycle.

Our Talent Academy Programme is based at Sheffield Hallam University, Sports Park (Bawtry Road), Rotherham, operating on a Monday night throughout the year, with weekend and holiday elements of the programme being split between the Sports Park and other pitches across the Yorkshire region.
