Shift Maintenance Engineer – London Bridge, London (Up to £53,000)

We are looking for experienced electrical and mechanical shift maintenance engineers to support a brand‑new, high‑end corporate and luxury residential development in London Bridge.

Hours

Continental shift pattern – days & nights 07:00‑19:00 / 19:00‑07:00.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance on building services.
• Ensure statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks in a high‑profile environment.
• Maintain emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant, water treatment, three‑phase and single‑phase systems, BMS, electrical monitoring, air conditioning, chillers, pumps, motors and VSDs.
• Work within a large blue‑chip commercial office and collaborate with a close‑knit maintenance team to deliver exceptional service.
