As Shift Manager you will support the management team to deliver consistent results, ensure the store is the best place to shop and work, and receive a £2 supplement for every hour that you shift manage the store.
Key Responsibilities
Maximise Profit
- Have a clear focus on delivering great availability for our customers.
- Play an active role in the store to “sell a £1 & save a £1” to help drive sales.
- Deliver on all agreed actions set by your line manager.
Engage, Develop & Retain Great People
- Proactively support and work with the Talking Shop Rep in your store.
