Shift Operations Leader (SOL) - 3rd Shift Ceramics

**Job Description Summary**
Manufacturing Shift Operations Leader for a commercial nuclear fuel manufacturing operation. Leader of a team that converts uranium powder into ceramic pellets and loaded into zirconium rods for use in commercial nuclear power plants. In this role, you will be responsible for shift safety, procedure compliance, product quality, efficient product manufacturing and positive team member engagement.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Shift leader of the Ceramics Team in Global Nuclear Fuel’s (GNF) Fuel Manufacturing Operation (FMO). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Select, train, develop, and provide ongoing leadership and direction of assigned personnel
+ Ensure team members are provided adequate training, resources, and support to assure safe and compliant manufacturing practices in a nuclear regulated environment
