Shift Operations Technician In range c£50,000 to c£60,000 + bonus Maidstone, Kent MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Shift Operations Technician to join a state-of-the-art energy from waste power station. Reporting to a Shift Manager, this role is a 40 hours per week, shift based position. As a Shift Operations Technician, you will be responsible for: Operating plant safely & efficiently. Leading & mentoring junior members of the operations team. Supporting maintenance activities including shutdown / startup. Delivering & supporting plant improvement initiatives. Acting as a SAP when required. Other duties as required To be considered for this role you should have: Experience with plant operations or maintenance ideally within power generation or similar heavy process industry.
