Shift Operator (Production)

Overview

The Production team at Pragmatic Semiconductor is hiring! We have an excellent opportunity for a Shift Operator to join our cleanroom team and play a key role in the production of our innovative, cutting‑edge products. Working on a continental shift pattern, you will have responsibility for covering all aspects of processing to help ensure that the team meets deadlines and required standards of processing. You will be working in a 24/7 cleanroom environment where on‑time delivery and quality are paramount.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and an excellent attitude - as well as the desire to be part of a truly exciting journey as we scale up at our Durham manufacturing site.
