Shift supervisor

Responsibilities Hands‑on shift management within a flexible packaging manufacturing environment – flat and SO bags. Supervise shift operations with a focus on production targets and safety. Qualifications Matric / N3 education. Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant shift‑supervision experience in a flexible bag manufacturing environment. Hands‑on experience operating SO bag and flat bag machines. Strong technical experience in the flexo label printing industry. Good technical knowledge of bag‑making machines – Flat and SO bag. Previous production management and staff supervisory experience in the flexible packaging/label printing sector. Ability to work shifts and overtime. Own transport. #J-18808-Ljbffr
