The business plays a vital role in supporting the UK's climate goals by diverting waste from landfill and converting it into valuable energy resources.

Working closely with the management and engineering teams, you will plan, implement, and monitor systems and processes using industry best practice to maximise operational performance while ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

As an impartial and analytical professional, you will be responsible for conducting transparent and objective investigations into accidents and incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
