**Job Description**
We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist who will play a crucial role in managing the shipping and receiving processes within our dynamic warehouse and office environment. This position requires the ability to multitask efficiently between office duties and warehouse responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble and fulfill customer orders for shipment to customers or other divisions.
+ Schedule, load, and unload LTL Freight common carrier orders as requested.
+ Process paperwork regarding shipments, including verifying merchandise, applying correct postage, and completing BOL information for LTL shipments.
+ Pack orders into crates and pallets, arranging them onto dock lanes for truck routes.
+ Use RF handheld scanners for picking orders and restocking materials after receipt.
+ Substitute for other warehouse personnel as needed.
