Job Description
- Prepare and process shipping documents (DO, invoice, packing list).
- Coordinate with logistics companies/couriers for delivery or collection.
- Monitor and track shipment status.
- Handle import/export documentation if applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving.
- Communicate with internal departments on delivery status.
- Ensure packaging and labelling are done according to company standards.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
