Shipping Coordinator (5 day work)

Job Requirements Familiarize with company's Quality Management System and ensure it's effective application. Attending enquiry on cargo acceptance & door delivery quotation. Following up routing order from nominated agents. Data entry & arrange cargo transfer to warehouse on coload booking. Provide updated nomination tariff to POD agents. Billing to nominated agent on door delivery, door delivery shipments & other nomination related billing. Attending enquiry on cargo transshipment status, cargo acceptance, door delivery quotation & other transshipment related matter. Provided updated transshipment tariff to POL agents. Support role to assist in resolving issues and handling disputes with agents when problems arise.
Requirements Minimum Diploma/Degree in the relevant discipline. Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in shipping / freight forwarding. Possess good communication and customer service skills. Meticulous with an eye for details. Pleasant personality with positive working attit...
