Opportunity Description
We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for aShipping Coordinatorto join a leading Company located in theFullerton, CAsurrounding area.
Pay Rate: $24
Responsibilities :
+ Organize and manage daily shipping schedules and customer shipping lists
+ Track shipments and ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping
+ Prepare and verify shipping paperwork (packing slips, invoices, export docs, etc.)
+ Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations
+ Coordinate with carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, freight providers) for pickups and deliveries
+ Communicate with internal teams (production, inventory, finance, quality) to ensure on-time shipments
+ Process shipments and invoices in ERP systems and resolve discrepancies
+ Maintain proof-of-delivery, shipment logs, and audit-ready records
