Shipping Executive (Sea Freight)

Permanent role located at Changi South and/or Changi Airfreight Centre.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Alternative Saturday 9am – 1pm.

Compensation: Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus.

• To co-ordinate independently with haulier, carrier, warehouse and inter-co
• To ensure timely clearance of shipments.
• Liaise with customers and warehouse for shipment planning and job executions
• Knowledgeable in import/export/transshipment procedures for ocean/air shipments.
• Issue billings to customers
• Cost verification and cost update into system.
• Consol planning
• Monitor orders and ensure payment terms are being adhered.
• Manage customer queries and complaints
