Prepare BL Check rate and schedule with carrier Booking of space with carrier using their web page Liaise with overseas agents for import and export shipment Prepare quotation to customers Check portnet for vsl eta date, release shipment, process delivery, etc Co-ordinate with drivers and inform customer their delivery eta date/time. Process billing. Verify vendor invoice and submit to account for payment. Independent and pro active 5.5 days / week
