Shipping Officer

Responsibilities: Handle and respond to all shipping-related inquiries, ensuring efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders Work closely with sales teams and destination offices to obtain freight approvals and confirm applicable shipping rates Collaborate with the Airfreight Planner to schedule and confirm optimal flight arrangements for cargo movement Coordinate with warehouse teams for cargo readiness, including packing, release, sorting, storage, and final handover to carriers Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and internal SOPs for all outbound cargo movements Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements: Minimum
GCE 'N' Level qualification. Experience in shipping operations
is required. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of airfreight documentation and import or export procedures is an advantage.
