Shipping Operation

Responsibilities: Manage daily post-fixture operations and ensure voyage/vessel perform in accordance with Charter Party (C/P) terms.
Manage post-fixture voyage administrative tasks, including nominating/appointing agents, monitoring vessel movements, and preparing/paying freight.
Issue Voyage Orders per documentation instructions prepare Letters of Indemnity / Delivery Orders to counterparts to ensure timely load/discharge operations.
Communicate with internal/external stakeholders to support, manage, and monitor voyage/vessel movements and efficient turnaround, ensuring cargo load/delivery windows are met.
Check Bills of Lading and loading/discharging documents for timely issuance and verify any discrepancies.
Support the Chartering department in pre-fixture negotiations by providing guidance on port-specific restrictions (especially for chemical trade).
Issue fixture, freight, and charter-hire notes as needed ensure payments follow C/P terms update shipment records...
