Shipping Operations Executive (Post Fixture), Singapore

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Operations Executive/ Senior, Post Fixture to manage end-to-end post-fixture activities for Gas and Tanker operations. This role focuses on freight invoicing, receivables management, and dispute resolution, ensuring accurate financial tracking and protection of the Owner's commercial interests. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue freight invoices ahead of voyage completion Bill delivery bunkers and hire in advance of delivery / hire periods Monitor vessel schedules and payment due dates to ensure timely collections Match Treasury receipts against invoices issued Process broker commissions and prepare payments Prepare Treasury instructions for bareboat vessels Coordinate closely with Operations, Chartering, Compliance, and Accounts teams Track receivables, send reminders, and escalate overdue accounts Review Charterers' counters and support dispute resolution to recover outstanding amounts Tankers & Gas Fleet Resp...
