Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Shipping team to ensure all shipment activities are completed accurately and on time.
Plan and prioritize work schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and internal operational needs.
Oversee shipping warehouse activities, shipping stock management, and shipping documentation processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and established shipping procedures.
Monitor shipping performance and maintain accurate daily and monthly operational reports.
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Work closely with internal departments, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to resolve shipment-related issues and support smooth operations.
